About the role: We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. As a key contributor, you will focus on elevating paid ad performance while supporting a wide range of creative touchpoints across digital and print. You’ll partner closely with our creative and marketing teams to translate strategy into compelling visual storytelling that drives engagement, retention, and conversion—all while upholding Sakara’s elevated brand aesthetic.

Responsibilities:
- Concept and design static and animated paid ad creative with a performance-driven mindset while maintaining brand consistency
- Iterate on layouts based on testing insights to optimize engagement and conversion
- Support designing visual assets across channels, including email, web, promotional graphics, marketing collateral, retail and in-store signage, event materials, and more
- Uphold Sakara’s brand voice and visual guidelines across all deliverables
- Own multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Partner cross-functionally to support campaigns from concept through execution
- Actively contribute to brainstorms, creative reviews, and team initiatives—sharing inspiration, taking creative risks, and learning from results
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in-house or at an agency; experience in DTC, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle e-commerce preferred
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing technical design skills, creative thinking, and high taste level
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Experience with motion design, including video editing and/or animation (After Effects or similar)
- Fluency across digital and print design with the ability to manage technical specs for each
- Ability to work within existing templates as well as evolving and concepting new ideas when appropriate
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate cross-functionally yet can also autonomously take creative direction to independently create on-brand design
- Passion for health, wellness, nutrition, and the Sakara mission

The pay range for this position is: $75,000 - $90,000
