The E-commerce Operations Planner will be an integral part of building one of our fastest growing business units, our Clean Boutique. In particular, they will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, ordering and inventory management of the Clean Boutique business, and support data-driven decisions around production, merchandising, logistics and processes for the long term future. From the moment you join Sakara, this position gives you the opportunity to help drive continued growth for a critical pillar of our business and growth plan.
Inventory: Create and maintain the optimum inventory profile to ensure fulfillment of customer demand, considering forecast accuracy and production requirements. Analyze and correct issues impacting order fill rate and distressed inventory goals.
PO Management: Finalize the purchase details of, then issue and track outgoing purchase orders for products. Receive, process and track incoming POs from wholesale accounts.
Reporting: Develop and manage a dashboard tracking relevant data related to logistics and fulfillment. Prepare regular reports and status updates for Founders, GM, and Head of Operations.
Operations Support: Assist E-commerce Director in the supervision of fulfillment team. Serve as the liaison between our HQ team and fulfillment manager, regarding receiving, outbound shipping and inventory. Be a thought partner to the E-commerce Director and the Head of Operations, supporting the growth and operational plan of the Clean Boutique.
